Retention
We retain each category only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including the duration of the customer relationship, service delivery, account administration, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax and accounting obligations, contractual duties, and backup or disaster-recovery cycles. There is no single retention period that applies to every type of record.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
As of the Effective Date, FORGE does not sell personal information for money, does not sell Customer Data, and does not use Customer Data for cross-context behavioral advertising. FORGE does not currently operate an advertising network.
If we later begin a practice that applicable U.S. privacy law defines as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will update our disclosures and provide any legally required opt-out method before or when that practice begins.
