FORGE Accessibility Statement

Effective date: August 15, 2026

Mediator Solutions LLC is committed to making the United States FORGE public website and application reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content responsibility rather than a one-time certification. This Statement describes our current objective and feedback process. It does not claim that every page, third-party surface, document, or feature is perfectly conformant at every moment.

Our target

For FORGE web surfaces under our control, our engineering target is to work toward substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the Service.

We use that target to guide decisions involving:

  • semantic HTML structure;
  • page landmarks and headings;
  • keyboard navigation;
  • visible focus states;
  • form labels and instructions;
  • error identification;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • color contrast;
  • text resizing and responsive layouts;
  • reduced-motion considerations where motion is used;
  • accessible names for interactive controls;
  • logical reading and focus order;
  • avoidance of interaction patterns that unnecessarily depend on a mouse, precise pointer, or color alone.

Product design considerations

FORGE is intended to work on mobile and desktop web surfaces. We aim to keep operating rooms, forms, dialogs, lists, and navigation understandable without requiring a highly customized assistive-technology workflow.

Where a business uploads its own logo, image, job photograph, PDF, or other Customer Data, the accessibility of that customer-supplied content may depend on the customer and may not be fully controlled by Mediator Solutions.

Third-party services

Some actions may open third-party services, such as payment or billing-provider pages. Those third parties control the accessibility of their own websites, applications, and embedded components.

We choose established providers where practical, but we cannot warrant the accessibility of an independent third-party surface.

Documents and generated PDFs

FORGE may generate or permit download of invoices, receipts, estimates, or other PDF documents. Document accessibility may vary depending on the document template, data entered by the customer, PDF-generation implementation, and assistive technology used.

If an accessible alternative is reasonably available and you encounter a barrier in a FORGE-generated document, contact us and identify the document type and problem.

Known limitations and ongoing work

Because FORGE evolves over time, an individual feature may temporarily lag behind our accessibility target. Common areas requiring continued attention in modern applications include:

  • complex dialogs;
  • validation messaging;
  • dynamic status announcements;
  • uploaded images without meaningful descriptions;
  • generated documents;
  • third-party checkout flows;
  • browser and assistive-technology differences.

We prioritize issues based on severity, frequency, feasibility, and impact on the ability to complete a core task.

Accessibility feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. The most useful reports include:

  • the page or feature involved;
  • what you were trying to accomplish;
  • the browser and device used;
  • assistive technology used, if any;
  • a description of the barrier;
  • your preferred contact method.

Send accessibility feedback to reach@prime88.studio with the subject line FORGE Accessibility.

Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an accessibility report.

Requests for reasonable assistance

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing an ordinary account task, you may request reasonable assistance through the contact channel above.

We will evaluate requests based on the nature of the task, the available product functionality, security requirements, privacy considerations, and reasonable technical alternatives.

Accessibility assistance does not require us to weaken authentication, disclose another person's information, bypass a legally required identity check, or make a change that would fundamentally alter the Service or create an undue security risk.

No retaliation

We do not intentionally reduce service or retaliate against a person for making a good-faith accessibility request or reporting an accessibility issue.

Changes

We may update this Statement as the Service, applicable standards, or our accessibility practices change.
